Greek gastronomy’s ambassador Dina Nikolaou takes us to the beating heart of the Greek capital, the central market, to show us her country’s finest fresh ingredients. We then meet a French chef who has warmly embraced Greek cuisine and lifestyle: Arnaud Bignon runs the Michelin-starred restaurant Spondi. Finally, we enjoy some sweet treats with our fauvorite pastry chef, Stelios Parliaros, who has revolutionised Greek desserts.
